Operations Coordinator-Independent Contractor :

Chair Massage ToGo (CMT) is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business.

This is a remote, flexible role with no fixed working hours. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in business operations, client coordination, administration, scheduling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate chair massage sessions between clients and practitioners
- Communicate schedules, confirmations, changes, and updates
- Follow up with clients and practitioners to ensure services run smoothly
- Respond to routine client and practitioner inquiries
- Assist with invoices, receipts, and documentation
- Maintain organized business records and files
- Support scheduling and day-to-day operations
- Assist with business development and operational initiatives
- Track assigned tasks and progress based on established KPIs
- Help identify opportunities to improve operations and client experience

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled, dependable, and organized
- Able to work independently and take initiative




- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or similar tools
- Interest in business operations, administration, entrepreneurship, or client services
- Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation

This position does not include a guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or fixed compensation. Compensation is based on a revenue-sharing structure, with potential earnings tied to revenue generated through business activities.
