Key Responsibilities:



• Lead on-site quality assurance for land development projects • Prepare detailed construction and inspection reports • Maintain daily photographic records of site activities • Conduct progress payment reviews and site meetings • Train and mentor junior staff on company standards

Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of municipal infrastructure inspection experience • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering or Technology • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D • Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License • Robust communication and organizational skills
