Thermea Spa Village Whitby seeks a Lead Kiosk Associate to oversee its temporary kiosks during the holiday season in the Toronto/Durham area. The role focuses on planning needs, provisioning resources for kiosk agents, and ensuring a smooth sales flow for gift certificates.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Kiosk Coordinator, you will train staff, manage staffing and inventories, handle guest requests, and close sales while maintaining our service standards in a quick-paced environment.
