Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct chart analysis and indexing of medical documentation
• Monitor compliance with health information regulations and policies




• Provide information regarding HIM services and processes
• Manage inbound and outbound HIM communications including reports
• Support point-of-service scanning duties in clinical settings

Requirements:
• 2-year Office Administration or Health Information Management diploma
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably Epic
• 1-2 years of HIM-related experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
