Seeking a dedicated Director of Care for Hospice Niagara in Fort Erie to provide leadership in hospice palliative care. This full time role concentrates on shaping a culturally protected environment for residents.The Director of Care will lead a 10-suite residence, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care. Working closely with the Medical Director and community partners, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care while fostering positive community relationships. This position demands both clinical expertise and a commitment to improving service delivery in collaboration with our diverse communities.Key Responsibilities:
Guide the interdisciplinary clinical team
