Lead facilities operations as CMPA's Manager for Dow's Lake Court in Ottawa, Ontario. Ensure effective maintenance and strategic planning to meet organizational needs every day.

As the Lead, Facilities & Workplace Services, you will oversee the operations of CMPA’s facilities, focusing on real estate and property management. This position requires a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in budgeting, project management, and team leadership. Your role includes supervising third-party contractors, managing building operations, and ensuring the facilities are aligned with CMPA’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise property management and contracted services • Develop operational plans and budgets for Dow’s Lake Court • Coordinate renovations,



moves, and space planning • Oversee health and safety compliance initiatives • Manage tenant and client relationships for satisfaction

Requirements: • Minimum 3-year degree in Facility Management or similar • 7-9 years of facilities-related experience • 3 years in a leadership role required • Familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
