You will also create financial models and reports that contribute directly to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct acquisition and disposition underwriting tasks
• Evaluate investment portfolio performance and report findings




• Manage transactions and joint venture relationships
• Create investment memorandums and research reports
• Prepare cashflow models for future performance analysis
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Robust analytical and quantitative skills required
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented in data handling
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
