As a Payroll Analyst reporting to the Manager of Payroll Compliance, you will play a vital role in managing payroll reconciliations, verifying tax remittances, and supporting various special projects. This position requires 3-5 years of payroll experience and advanced Excel proficiency, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Complete monthly GL reconciliations using Yardi • Verify payroll tax and third-party remittances • Manage monthly garnishee remittances and updates • Audit PTO balances and prepare adjustment entries • Assist in year-end processing and government filings

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field • 3-5 years of payroll or accounting experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to analyze data and propose solutions • Strong communication skills in English
