The Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is hiring a Public Works Manager to report directly to the Director of Engineering & Public Works. This permanent full-time position demands a candidate with expertise in asset management, operations, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include budget preparation and operational oversight to serve our community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Public Works operations and supervision of staff
• Participate in infrastructure programs, including contract administration
• Develop the department budget in collaboration with stakeholders




• Oversee compliance with environmental regulations and legislation
• Create training programs for staff development

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering Technology
• Minimum five years in municipal servicing construction
• Three years of leadership experience required
• Competence in Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with clean abstract
