Key Responsibilities:
• Provide stellar service at the counter and over the phone
• Promote and explain DUCA’s financial services to Members
• Make proactive follow-up calls to enhance Member satisfaction




• Process transactions like deposits and withdrawals accurately
• Maintain awareness of Member needs to provide tailored solutions

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; undergraduate degree preferred
• Two years’ experience in a bank or credit union
• Solid cash handling and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Desire to learn and grow in a customer-centric environment
