Enhance logistics efficiency as a Shipper Receiver at Napoleon in Shanty Bay, Ontario. Focus on shipping accuracy and inventory management using RF scanners and TMS in a permanent, full time role.

This role reports to the Team Leader - Logistics and is essential for maintaining product flow within the warehouse. You will leverage skills in shipping, receiving, and inventory control while working Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Previous experience in a shipping and receiving context is required, particularly in warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate RF scanners for shipping and receiving tasks
• Pack and prepare products for shipping
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Unload trucks and categorize received items
• Train temporary laborers on best practices

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years in shipping/receiving roles
• Forklift certification is mandatory
• Familiarity with WMS and basic computer skills
• Understanding of shipping documentation processes
