Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement UTE's internal and external web strategies
• Create communication materials for diverse media channels

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Web Development or related field
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in public sector
• Proficiency in Drupal, HTML, CSS, PHP, and APIs
• Bilingual in English and French
• Basic IT support knowledge for secure systems
