Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and support to enhance residents well-being.
Help maintain a clean and secure workplace for all residents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a PCA or in a similar role preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
