Train and support Aircraft Deicers in daily operations
Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Operate de-icing equipment near aircraft and personnel
Document operational performance and incidents
Foster team collaboration and effective communication Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18 years
Supervisory experience considered an asset
