Key Responsibilities:



• Generate new business income through personal insurance solutions • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with clients • Prioritize sales activities effectively using Gallagher’s lead systems • Deliver tailored insurance solutions while upholding quality standards • Engage clients throughout the binding process as a trusted advisor

Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines broking • Active RIBO license in good standing • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to new tools • Knowledge of EPIC and other insurance designations considered an asset
