Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently

Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and labeling

Process prescription orders and verify patient information

Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns





Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant ( 1 to 2 years experience)

Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment

Experience with either Kroll or Fillware system
