We are looking for a skilled Family Law Litigation Associate with over 3 years of experience in Ontario. This role focuses on litigation, negotiation, and providing strategic legal advice in family law matters.

The successful candidate will possess an LL.B. or JD and be a member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario. You will handle complex family law cases, offering clients expert guidance on domestic contracts, drafting pleadings, and attending court. Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client communication and representation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on a variety of family law issues
• Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries

Requirements:
• LL.B. or JD with Law Society membership
• Minimum 3 years of family law litigation experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in DivorceMate and Office 365
• Ability to thrive under pressure
