We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team in Richmond, BC.
We currently have opportunities at both our established original clinic and our new second location , opening in November/December 2026 .
Our original clinic has room for one additional RMT for someone who prefers to work at an established location with an existing patient base. Our second location will have more schedule availability and flexibility , making it an excellent opportunity for an RMT who wants to build their caseload, take on additional shifts, and grow with a new clinic location.
Depending on availability and fit, there may also be opportunities to work across both locations .

Established Richmond Clinic & Patient Base Although our second location is recent, it is the second location of an established Richmond RMT clinic with an existing patient base, strong reputation and established online presence.
Our original clinic has been built around providing high-quality, individualized massage therapy and has a strong reputation within the Richmond community.
The new location will benefit from the existing clinic's patient base, marketing, online booking system and established SEO presence , helping us connect patients with our practitioners as we grow.
More Schedule Availability at Our Second Location The second location is being designed to provide greater schedule flexibility and availability for RMTs.
We anticipate opportunities for:
AM shifts
PM shifts
Midday shifts
Part-time or full-time schedules
Additional shifts as your caseload grows




This makes the second location particularly well suited to RMTs who want to build a busy schedule over time .
Continuing Education & Mentorship Interested in developing a more focused area of practice?
We’re happy to support RMTs who want to expand their clinical skills and develop additional areas of focused care.
Mentorship and guidance may be available for practitioners interested in areas such as:
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Pre & Post-Natal Care
Pre & Post-Surgical Care
Cancer & Lymphedema Care
Pediatric Massage
TMJD & Buccal Massage
Other relevant areas of focused RMT care
Additional certifications are not required to apply . We’re interested in finding the right people and helping them develop their skills and caseload over time.
We can also help eligible practitioners navigate applications for government-funded training grants that may assist with the cost of continuing education.
