Key Responsibilities:
• Review proposal specifications and attend pre-bid meetings
• Incorporate historical data into unit and person-hour estimates




• Provide input on project risks to lead estimator
• Calculate takeoffs and material quantities from engineering drawings
• Monitor client addendum and update estimating team accordingly

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in construction estimating preferred
• Advanced knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid Software
• Specialized knowledge in alternative construction methods
• Strong technical writing skills for effective communication
