At our newly built Surrey Clinic, you will provide primary care to youth ages 12-24 and their families. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will focus on five core health streams: physical and sexual health, mental health, substance use, peer support, and social services. The clinic is committed to removing barriers to care through community integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic and youth-centered primary care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of service providers
• Utilize Myle EMR system for patient record management




• Provide telemedicine options for virtual care
• Attend to youth physical and mental health needs

Requirements:
• Medical degree and Family Physician designation
• Experience with youth health services preferred
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
• Ability to work flexible schedule, Monday-Saturday
• Commitment to patient-centered approaches
