In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert on license transfers while collaborating with sales, marketing, clients, and partners to improve processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on license transfers for Office 365 and Dynamics 365
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new customers and partners
• Resolve issues with website navigation and client provisioning




• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide administrative support, ensuring timely follow-ups

Requirements:
• Collegial degree in Administration, Marketing, or IT
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Excellent communication skills in English; French an asset
• Knowledge of PowerShell is a plus
