As a vital member of the Maintenance & Operations team, you will ensure HVAC systems are maintained and upgraded to high standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical assets
• Supervise HVAC contractors and project implementation




• Lead project evaluations and provide recommendations
• Document HVAC system repairs and prepare specifications
• Collaborate with teams on capital contracts and design reviews

Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
• Valid TSSA Gas 2 Technician and 313A Refrigerant certificates
• Minimum three years in HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge of regulations and standards in HVAC
• Valid Ontario Class “G” driver's license
