Specific Responsibilities
Our Drain Service Technician normally works Monday - Friday from 8:00/9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some on-call may be required. Every day is a new opportunity to learn and grow in this entry-level role! You're responsible for assessing pipes, sewer lines, and drainage systems to identify the source of problems before implementing the appropriate solutions.
Using specialized tools like video cameras and hydro-jetting equipment, you determine the locations of blockages and leaks and then do what it takes to resolve the issue. You unclog pipes, clean sewer lines,
and remove buildup to keep the plumbing systems flowing optimally. When on call, you promptly respond to any emergency drain blockage or leak requests.
Job Requirements
English proficiency
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a personal vehicle
Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
This is an entry-level role, so experience would be great, but it's not required. What matters most is that you have an excellent attitude and a strong desire to learn!
