College of Nurses & Midwives is seeking a temporary, full-time Policy Analyst to support nursing and midwifery regulation. You will conduct evidence synthesis, analysis, and develop reports that inform organizational decisions. This role requires a minimum of 2 office days weekly and promotes collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop research strategies and gather evidence for policy initiatives
- Synthesize information from various sources for reporting
- Coordinate survey processes, managing data effectively
- Lead assigned projects ensuring timely outcomes
- Create documents consistent with BCCNM's standards Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of relevant healthcare experience
