The Program

Administrator will work closely with the Manager of Undergraduate Medical Education, clinical faculty, and students in TMU's School of Medicine. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to help facilitate MD student assessments, scheduling, and evaluations. Collaborating with various educational and regulatory agencies, your work will ensure the smooth operation of the medical program from orientation to graduation. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic and administrative program support




- Manage scheduling and exam coordination across departments
- Assist in MD student assessments and evaluations
- Oversee registration and records management operations
- Organize meetings and special events for students Requirements:
- Post-Secondary diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
