As the Quality Systems Manager, you will oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of the Quality Management System across Canadian sites.

This position prioritizes GxP compliance and involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams. You will specialize in document control, change control, and regulatory alignment to enhance quality systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Own controlled document lifecycle for SOPs
- Lead change control process including weekly meetings
- Monitor alignment with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Analyze deviation and CAPA data for trends
- Train staff and manage QA team development Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
- 5+ years of QA experience in regulated industry
- 3+ years in QMS leadership role
- Knowledge of electronic quality management systems
