Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on pediatric care and support
• Manage enteral nutrition through various methods
• Administer tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Deliver palliative care and wound management
• Educate families about chronic disease management
Requirements:
• RN with current registration in Ontario
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience with pediatric and chronic care an asset
• Valid driver's license for travel requirements
• Willingness to travel within Hamilton/Burlington area
