Position Summary:
Qualifications:
Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse ; familiarity with the PACT (ACTT) Model
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a mental health setting providing assessment, treatment, consultation, and education to a similar adult target population; experience in community-based/community outreach service delivery preferred
Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Demonstrated knowledge of psychiatric medications
Demonstrated knowledge of the Mental Health Act and emerging clinical trends and evidence-based best practice




Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and oral/written communication skills
Demonstrated willingness to act as an educational and clinical resource to team members, students, clients and community agencies
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and a willingness to travel is required.
Willingness and ability to work weekends and evenings as required, with flexibility to adjust hours and schedules based on operational needs
For the RN position, preference will be given to candidates with University Degree preparation
Demonstrated reliable attendance, punctuality, availability and performance required
