You will attract, develop and coach a high-performing team of 50–100 while delivering quarterly strategic goals and maintaining top product, profit, setting and guest experience standards.
The role supports opening new locations across Canada and the US, with a focus on leadership development and high performance in a dynamic restaurant group.
