As a Construction Administrator / Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet specifications, codes, and standards. Collaborating with contractors and clients, you will facilitate quality assurance and compliance in mechanical and electrical systems. This position requires someone who excels in both design and site execution, ready to navigate challenges in complex construction settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mechanical and electrical system construction activities
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed inspection reports
• Review RFIs and submittals for compliance
• Coordinate installation verification and address site conflicts
• Ensure projects comply with best practices and applicable codes
Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years in construction administration or field engineering
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD/Revit
