Role Description The Project Engineer role at HSB Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada.

The Project

Engineer will coordinate and execute engineering projects, ensuring that technical requirements, schedules, and quality standards are met across all phases of the project lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders. The role involves supporting aerospace-related engineering activities, reviewing designs and analyses, managing risks and change requests,



and contributing to certification and safety-related documentation.

The Project

Engineer will also participate in regular project meetings, provide status updates, and help optimize processes to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Project Management skills to lead and coordinate technical work across multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking using relevant tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explicit reporting, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and interaction with clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electrical Engineering knowledge applicable to aerospace systems and components.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and experience in aerospace or complex technical projects.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with aviation regulations and certification standards, proficiency with engineering and project management software, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
