Location: Montréal, QC Key Responsibilities - Work cross-functionally and directly with clients while controlling time, cost, quality, and scope
- Lead and document key meetings: handover, kickoff, sample reviews, production reviews, and closing.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Monitor production progress, materials, and QC checkpoints; raise red flags proactively when risks appear.
- Oversee change management and assess cost/time impacts when needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, GCs, and designers, balancing the Voice of Customer (VOC) with the Voice of Process (VOP).
- Support site coordination and installation follow-up when required.
Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- CAPM or PMP certification (asset) Experience - 2–4 years of experience in project management, estimation, procurement, design, or engineering within a manufacturing or architectural workplace (fixtures, millwork, metal fabrication, or similar)
- Experience managing projects from prototype to production run (retail, hospitality, or material handling industries is a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (an asset).
