Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements

Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations

Manage project budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet financial objectives

Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations

Develop project plans that align with client goals and regularly communicate project progress and updates

Liaise with internal teams, including engineers, supervisors, and mechanics, to ensure project requirements are met

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members

Conduct weekly operation meetings and prepare minutes of discussions

Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables

Manage relationships to stay within budget constraints and uphold quality standards

Identify and assess project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues

Implement risk mitigation plans and monitor ongoing risk factors throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure projects comply with safety, elevator code,



and quality standards

Manage project documentation, including plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant documents

Assist with submission of all relative documentation to AHJ's in area

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Implement strategies to keep projects on track and address any deviations from the plan

Conduct post-mortems to identify areas for improvement

Implement process improvements based on the evaluation to enhance future project execution

Other duties as assigned

Role Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a construction environment

Bachelors' degree in related discipline

Project Management Certification is preferred

Proficient in MS Office

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing setting

Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action
