This role involves investigating and negotiating property, farm, and commercial claims, emphasizing innovative, client-focused solutions. Additionally, you will coach team members to ensure a high-quality claims service. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve complex property claims independently
- Evaluate damage and prepare loss estimates on-site




- Collaborate with vendors and officials for settlements
- Coach and support the claims team in technical aspects
- Provide exceptional client service to elevate engagement Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in field property claims
- Post-secondary degree or diploma required
- Working towards Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP)
- Provincial adjuster license attainment
