Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for both the Huntsville and Bracebridge sites. This role requires a commitment to supportive care in acute medical/surgical nursing with an emphasis on labor, delivery, and postpartum experience. You will work shifts that include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in obstetrics and postpartum
- Conduct assessments and assist in labor and delivery
- Administer IV therapies as needed
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience
- 1-2 years of relevant labor and delivery experience preferred
- Certification in BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- Willingness to relocate within 125km of the hospital campuses Experience impactful nursing care and support families during childbirth at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare.
