- Provide administrative and system support and reporting for the 9-8-8 Service & Operations portfolio
- Maintain and continuously improve trackers and databases, including data entry and data validation
- Generate reports
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the 9-8-8 service
- Coordinate meetings, events and presentations, including scheduling, materials preparation, screen-sharing and minute-taking
- Support and participate in risk management, safety and quality improvement activities
- Collaborate across 9-8-8 and CAMH departments to support program and operational needs
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries about the 9-8-8 service, providing timely communication and appropriate triage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Science or health related field
- Two (2) years of related experience
- Experience in mental health and/or academic setting is an asset
- Proficiency with word processing, Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new computer software systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Oracle) would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced dynamic team setting with minimal supervision
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
- Detail-oriented, versatile,
adaptable and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse ethno racial and cultural backgrounds
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
- Must comply with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements
