Your role will involve critical maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal machine performance.As a key team member at ORBIS, your electrical skills will be utilized to maintain and enhance production equipment reliability. This role includes installing Fanuc robotics, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery, ensuring high-quality production outputs. You’ll also work closely with engineering teams to resolve automation challenges.Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain Fanuc robotics systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues in molding machines
Manage robotic support during production changeovers
Diagnose and correct downtime in automation systems
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activitiesRequirements:
Licensed Electrician (with 442A or 309A)
Experience programming machine control software
Proficient in hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to read blueprints effectively
