You'll interact directly with clients, address any issues, and guide project strategy under the supervision of the Project Superintendent. Manage and support team leads and crew members
Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Conduct Protected Work Observations and Planned Work Inspections




Develop relationships with clients and address concerns
Assist in incident investigations and risk assessmentsRequirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid class five driver's license required
Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in mining
CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO certification needed
