Reporting to the Senior Manager of HRIS, this role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on Workday experience, particularly in Payroll and Absence modules. You'll support configurations, conduct impact assessments, and collaborate with various departments to implement scalable Workday solutions. Your exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will optimize operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT for effective solutions
• Conduct impact assessments and evaluate system changes
• Develop technical specifications and maintain process documentation
• Resolve escalated ServiceNow tickets and analyze configuration issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of Workday experience
• Robust troubleshooting and Excel skills
• Workday certification is a plus
• High level of confidentiality and communication skills
