In this full time, permanent position, you will partner with leaders to enhance employee relations and workplace culture. Your role is crucial in coaching teams to foster inclusivity and high performance while leading initiatives that promote colleague engagement. You will also be integral in handling conflict resolution and performance management processes across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trust through a visible presence across the hotel
• Serve as a trusted partner on employee relations issues
• Coach leaders for engaging and high-performing teams




• Drive culture-building and recognition initiatives
• Lead action planning for Employee Engagement Survey results

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience in People & Culture within a service environment
• Strong understanding of BC employment legislation
• Proven success in employee relations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
