In this permanent, full-time role, you will utilize multiple types of heavy equipment to support excavation and grading tasks. Collaborating with the Civil Superintendent, you’ll uphold strict safety standards while maintaining a professional presence in office. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment for excavation and grading tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites and equipment
• Advise mechanics on repair and maintenance needs
• Collaborate efficiently with project supervisors and teams
• Perform daily safety and equipment checks
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years operating heavy equipment
• 5 years in heavy civil or high-end residential projects
• Proficient in reading site plans and topographical drawings
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
