Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients to anticipate needs
• Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks for multiple crews




• Ensure teams have required tools and materials to excel
• Provide training and feedback to enhance crew performance

Requirements:
• 5+ years in horticulture, preferably high-end residential
• 3+ years supervising maintenance teams
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• Experience with irrigation systems and landscape lighting
