Job Description The Project Coordinator (Appraisal Coordinator) plays a critical role in supporting the appraisal process through effective project administration, data management, and operational coordination. This position is responsible for assisting with data preparation, asset classification, and workflow tracking to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining data integrity while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the appraisal team by:
Preparing, organizing, and importing asset data into the MARS system.
Tracking inspections within MARS and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of asset classification data.
Supporting client onboarding, project setup,



and ongoing project coordination.
Classifying equipment in accordance with established appraisal standards and procedures.
Assisting with the preparation of appraisal deliverables, reports, and supporting documentation.
Assisting with monitoring project progress and helping ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Maintaining organized project records and ensuring data quality across systems.
Providing general administrative support to facilitate the successful completion of appraisal assignments.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2-5+ years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Nice To Have (Not Required) Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Whimsical)
Experience working in a technology or software delivery setting
Construction Equipment knowledge
