Enhance HR systems at Extendicare as a Workday HR Systems Analyst, specializing in HCM, Recruitment, and Learning. This hybrid role in Markham collaborates with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
As a key member of the HRIS team, you will configure and optimize Workday modules to improve HR operations across the organization. With at least five years of HRIS experience, you'll work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges and elevate the employee experience. Your analytical skills will guide system enhancements and automation efforts statewide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM modules
• Identify opportunities for system enhancement and automation
• Collaborate with HR, IT,
and Finance on scalable solutions
• Conduct impact assessments on system changes
• Respond to escalated ServiceNow tickets and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems or HR
• Minimum of 5 years HRIS experience with Workday
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Workday certification is a plus
