Moodys Tax Law is expanding its cross-border team and looking for a Junior Lawyer in US tax law. Ideal candidates possess a JD and/or LL.M in tax, or are working toward a CPA. Recent graduates eager to learn and grow will find this role highly rewarding as they work alongside experienced US and Canadian tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in expatriation and cross-border tax planning
• Collaborate with US and Canadian tax professionals
• Conduct legal research on international tax matters
• Support the Director of US Tax and firm processes
• Engage in continuous learning and development

Requirements:
• JD and/or LL.M in tax or pursuing CPA
• Exposure to US international tax is advantageous
• Highly motivated with a passion for learning
• Personal ties to Canada preferred, but not required
• Willingness to improve self and firm processes
