As a Civil Engineer within Dillon’s Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will lead the development of Asset Management plans to enhance aging infrastructures. Your role involves consulting municipal stakeholders, managing project teams, and leveraging market opportunities to support sustainable community development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive Asset Management plans
• Identify business opportunities to expand Dillon’s municipal presence
• Advise municipal staff on actionable investment strategies




• Lead project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Engage with Indigenous Communities on infrastructure resilience

Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• 8-10 years of municipal infrastructure experience
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to foster client relationships
