Key Responsibilities:
• Generate BAS/HVAC estimates for construction and services
• Manage small mechanical project coordination as needed
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and related documents




• Prepare client meeting agendas and proposals
• Engage in sales meetings and workshops for business growth

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months estimating experience in BAS or Mechanical work
• Robust verbal and written communication in English
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Eligible to work in Canada with 5 years Canadian Residency
• Full in-office role commitment required
