Location: Acheson, AB Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Frontline Support Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses Provide excellent customer service and represent the companys values in every interaction Resolve customer inquiries and route requests as needed Quoting, Orders & Follow-Through Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales orders Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery details Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and close opportunities Discuss terms within guidelines and escalate exceptions when needed Sales Development & Pipeline Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development Pass qualified leads to the Outside Sales team Recommend product alternatives and solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining margins Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery Monitor order status and communicate updates proactively to customers Assist with warehouse duties (picking, packing, order verification) as needed to meet service levels Product Knowledge & Training Develop strong knowledge of products and applications Participate in ongoing training and supplier sessions Qualifications: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with robust attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proactive, driven, and eager to grow within a company Team player with a hands-on approach Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $53,000 - $55,000 annually Incentive program eligibility after successful completion of probation Opportunity for long-term career growth What Were Looking For: A motivated and driven individual who is looking to build a careernot just a job.
