Your primary focus will be on developing robust control settings and operating risk management processes. You will act as a subject matter expert to guide teams through risk assessments, deficiency remediation, and alignment with CIBC’s Control Framework.Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with LOB partners and stakeholders
Proactively identify and analyze risk exposures




Lead internal audits and compliance assessments
Execute all requirements of the Control Framework
Mentor team members and influence risk cultureRequirements:
Experience in Business Controls or Operational Risk Management
Knowledge of Compliance, Audit procedures
Understanding of risk management frameworks and regulations
Strong analytical and communication skills
