This full-time, one-year term role in Fredericton focuses on conducting qualitative research in First Nation communities. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will coordinate research activities, manage project timelines, and ensure stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in qualitative analysis and Indigenous health principles will drive project success and findings translation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate qualitative and mixed-methods research projects
• Develop project plans and monitor progress
• Conduct interviews and focus groups with participants
• Prepare documentation and compliance reports
• Ensure ethical guidelines and community engagement
Requirements:
• MSc in Epidemiology, Public Health, or Health Research
• Minimum 10 years of applied health research experience
• Familiarity with Indigenous data governance principles
• Expertise in qualitative research design and analysis
• Solid project management and communication skills
